“How do you decide which agent to list your house? Having bought 20 houses over the years, this is how I decided. I wanted an agent in the area. Some choose a friend who happens to live outside the area. The when a prospective buyer calls to see the house, the first thought running through that agent’s mind is “How can I schedule this showing to avoid rush hour”, or “Gee, I was just there yesterday, maybe I can delay this showing until tomorrow and maybe someone else will call for a viewing so I can show two times for my travel”. “I write to express my deepest appreciation for the superb real estate services provided to me by Joyce Connell. Joyce provided me with helpful information about my possible relocation over a period of two years. Every request of mine over this time was answered, promptly, usefully and efficiently.
