Lane was able to put together the purchase of a property that had lake and mountain views and even better, access of the lake. We lived in the community, and had been looking for something that had lake access. Those properties rarely come on the market. Thanks to her we are building our dream home that we plan to spend most of the rest of our life in raising our children and enjoying our views. There were several issues that occured along the way, but she made sure they were all professionally dealt with and when we closed on the property everything went smoothly. About Lane
Having lived in Bow Mar for over 35 years I am familiar with the advantages of living in this and nearby lake communities. I have clients just purchasing their first home, and empty nesters selling and buying patio homes, and young families purchasing what we refer to as their "forever home". I published a local magazine for over fifteen years and therefore became very familiar with the goings and comings of this SouthWest area. When my husband retired I decided to go to work full time and do something that I always wanted to do, but I had a husband that traveled and was only home on weekends and four active boys to raise. With my family grown and my husband retired, I went to school, got my license and began my Real Estate Career in 2001. I chose Re/Max Professionals because I respected both their reputation and the reputation of the owners of my particular Re/Max group. Recently we merged with Prestige Realty and definitely have the lion's share of the market in this area. It has been a wonderful almost ten years. I have been awarded with honors such as the Platinum Club, 100 Percent Club, and am became a Hall of Fame member this past year. I also am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist dealing with million dollar homes both on the Listing and the Selling Side.
