I am writing this Letter of Recommendation for Joyce Marsh, a Realtor with whom we have had the pleasure of engaging this past year to both sell our home on the ocean in Ponce Inlet, Fl, and also with with her to purchase another new home. Joyce put together a marketing plan utilizing professional photography and a virtual tour which was phenomenal. An offer was received in April, 2010 and the property went to settlement in June, with no issues. Joyce then advised us because of the time of the year, it would be better to search for houses starting in the fall. Taking her advice, we met with her that fall and found a home in nearby Deland. By early January, 2011 we had settlement and moved in - done deal!! Again, no issues at settlement.As an aside, I had been a Executive with major corporations and had moved thirty times in fifty years, most having experienced dealings with Realtors from coast-to-coast. Joyce Marsh was the most professional, well educated, effective and efficient Realtor we have ever experienced anywhere.We have absolutely no compunction or reservation in recommending her services.
