About Gretchen

AS A LONG TIME ISLAND RESIDENT, and after 6 years of helping build such distinguished developments as the Four Seasons at Hualalai, and Hokuli`a, I transitioned into residential real estate in 2003.

My first year I received the “Rookie of the Year” award and the subsequent year, “Agent of the Year”. I later worked my way into the “Top 20 Selling Agents” islandwide in 2005 and 2006 and then to #1 in Residential Resales from Keauhou to Hawi in 2007 and 2008.

In 2010, I was named Broker of the Year by the West Hawaii Association of Realtors for my work in the real estate community sharing updates on how the market had changed and how to adapt to it. I also was awarded the Distinguished Service award by the board of directors for the same association for my work as their treasurer.

From the beginning I have focused on providing the best and most knowledgeable service to all my clients. I have a strong commitment to education and keeping abreast of market trends and economic news, all of which helps me serve you better. I still make it a point to attend at least one class every month. I am also active with the West Hawaii Association of Realtors, where I am again the Treasurer for the 2011 fiscal year.
