I am the broker/owner of David M. Sweeney Realty, LLC, and have been in Real Estate for over 20 years. I am licensed in 12 states and produce over $20M in sales each year. I specialize in luxury properties and have earned the top sales award (Platinum) from the NJ Association of Realtors for 10 years in a row.

I have earned a CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) which is the highest designation offered by the National Association of Realtors® and an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). In addition, I have earned the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) Designation from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. These 3 awards demonstrate my commitment and competency in the luxury home market.

Besides the awards and designations is the fact that I am a member of all 8 NJ MLS's, meaning I am not limited to finding you a home in a narrow geographic location. Knowing the entire state allows me to help you not only find the right house, but the right neighborhood for you. Being licensed in 12 states means we can even look across state borders if need be. This knowledge of NJ and its neighborhoods, also means that I know how to market homes for NJ sellers in order to find the perfect buyer. In my 20 years in the business, I have closed over 10,000 transactions. I know how to get the job done.

Lastly, before I went into real estate, I was an executive in several Fortune 100 companies. I approach my real estate business with that same level of professionalism. I am not your standard real estate agent.
