We are second-time clients (but first-time sellers) of Jeff Stainer's and are equally impressed and appreciative of his hard work and dedication yet again this time around. We wanted to sell our property in a specific amount of time to avoid paying two mortgages and, without missing a beat, Jeff delivered. Our property sold very quickly and cleanly, thanks to Jeff. For example, within one phone conversation, Jeff informed us of the items that needed attention from the home inspection and he had a resolution for 100% of the issues because we ever had a moment to stress about where to seek repairs/corrections. We were impressed as we thought we'd have to take on the burden of correcting each issue, but rest assured, Jeff handled it all and in lightning speed (quality was not compromised). There was not a moment in the selling process where Jeff wasn't completely on top of things, and as was the case the first time around, he was attentive and very responsive to our questions/needs via email, phone or text. If I didn't know any better, I'd think we were Jeff's only client because his attention to detail and memory retention is impressive. We cannot say enough great things about Jeff. He's leaps and bounds ahead of the rest!

We bought a beautiful house after working with jeff for at least 3 months. Believe me He won't let you buy a house until or unless every thing is Excellent. The guy is honest and real professional. Through the different houses (of our choices) he told/showed us the real issues with the houses. Like I remember me and my wife liked a house in North, Naperville area. That house had some structural leveling issues and Jeff showed us that by just opening the door, After opening the door, door started moving and finally comes to the close.I highly recommand jeff ( 5 star *****), He will tell you the pros and cons of the houses and will not let you a wrong decision. Thanks jeff for searching us an excellent house.
