We have been so pleased with the method and manner in which our home was sold,that we would like to reccomend our Realtor to all who may be trying to make a decision on listing their home for sale. As were so many homes in the last 2 years, ours was on the market for more than the usual time before a buyer was found. During that time, our Realtor, Sanna K Thomas, was ever diligent in showing our home in the very best light that I believe could possibly have been done. Her expertise of the internet made her capable of always creating outstanding web pages to display the home and property at its best. Since a large percentage of buyers search first for homes on the internet, there was no doubt in my mind that what Sanna created for us made our internet face the best it could be. When I mentioned I had inherited a home from my dad that had passed away in FL to one of my friends at a networking meeting in Dallas, Mic Ruthenberg, a Keller Williams real estate agent, he said, "Let me get you a referral for someone in Ocala FL to work with". He called me back a few hours later and introduced me to Sanna Thomas with Keller Williams in Ocala. I called her and exchanged contact information and arranged to meet with her on our visit in late June a couple of weeks later. When Sanna came by, my sister and step brother were present and were able to speak with Sanna during the initial interview. Both of them had bought and sold homes before and were very pleased and impressed with Sanna's suggestions and professionalism. The following week, after we had emptied the home and prepared it for sale, we worked with Sanna remotely to get some touch ups done in order to better show the home (interior paint and some wall repairs). Sanna prepared her website then for 360 degree virtual tours and uploaded the necessary information to the MLS services and her own website. Once the home began showing, we began to generate interest and worked with Sanna on pricing the house appropriately for the market (which was above some of the foreclosure properties in the same area). With all the exposure and web showings that she had prepared, we received a reasonable cash offer from an out-of-state party that came to town from Sanna's photos to personally view the home and purchase the property. Sanna communicated with me the entire time via e-mail and phone calls of the various offers and the progress being made. The entire process went very smoothly with closing taking place before our original home owners insurance had expired and more expensive insurance would have been required. I'd highly recommend working with Sanna for your real estate needs in the Ocala area. She is a full-time real estate agent that produces results in a timely manner. I wish her the best of business in that area.
