I must preface my statements by declaring my somewhat gloomy regard for real estate agents in general. That said I cannot overstate the regard that I have for the overall performance of agent Dave Wilkinson. His knowledge of his territory, real estate marketing, the details of real estate law and his “feel” and experience for the deal make him an invaluable asset. These are difficult times to be trying to transact in residential real estate, and in particular for higher end residential homes. His perseverance and professionalism made the difference between a successful sale and having to hold our former residential for an indeterminately long period, in seriously uncertain times. Dave persevered in finding a qualified and motivated buyer, he moved the deal along expeditiously, he was able to present to the buyer with solutions that were somewhat more unique than the norm and he did it in a manner that didn’t sour the potential deal or overly detract from the already agreed to price. Dave’s work sets the standard for the Real Estate professional. Personally, I will again call upon Dave as the need arises. For my family and friends, I will recommend Dave to them for advice and service as they consider the need for a really capable professional.

Dave Wilkinson has told me that you are considering listing your home with his firm and asked me to share my experience with you. When (learned that we would be moving to TX and needed to sell our S&S home on Teagan Circle, I selected Dave because he had previously produced good results for my next door neighbor and another across the street in the previous year or two.
