During the final stages, they helped us evaluate offers and provided recommendations on counter offers. About Pat

Pat and Nancie formed TEAM-PRZADA six years ago on October 31st after both enjoying successful careers in other fields.  Pat is a degreed engineer from Texas A&M University.  He held senior level positions in the corporate world, from Technical Sales to President!  That experience facilitated a broad background of skills including customer relations, goal-oriented results and negotiation strategies.  Throughout Pat's career, relationship building and attention to details have been his utmost priority.  Nancie attended Texas Tech University and earned a Master's in Education from the University of Houston.  She enjoyed twenty-three years teaching in Texas schools, most recently as the Literacy Specialist at Wells Elementary in Plano.  In that position, Nancie was on the leadership team and guided the campus in all aspects of literacy.  She is certified in Special Education, English as a SecondLanguage, as well as other methods of teaching students with diverse abilities.  Pat has been associated with Keller Williams Realty for the past ten years.  Nancie eagerly joined him in November of 2004 to form TEAM-PRZADA.  Nancie and Pat have lived in Plano since 1973 which gives them extensive knowledge of communities from North Dallas to McKinney including Frisco and Allen.  Nancie holds the GRI and ABR Certifications and Pat is CRS and ABR Certified.  In addition, both are members of the Lurury Home Institute and are Certified New Home Specialists which qualifies them to help clients with new homes as well as previously owned properties.  They are one of the top producting teams in the Market Center.  Nancie and Pat are anxious to use their many and varied skills to help you list, sell and/or purchase your next home.  For additional information on the team or to read what clients have to say about their service, please visit www.teamprzada.com.
