We had listed our home with another agent the summer before we met John. He arrived at our home in his suite with polished shoes and was so polite right from the start. We wanted the winter off and John gave us our space but when time came John was again politely there when we needed him. He truly understood the meaning of consultation and in our first meeting asked insightful questions and listened intently. We still interviewed other agents but when John came back to present his marketing plan to us it was like night and day. He was detailed, precise and polished. He addressed all of our concerns from our past experience and built a plan and process for us that gave us exactly what we wanted. HE even tailored and outlined how showings would be done. Then he SOLD our home in 2 weeks for full asking price. which was more than we had wanted to list for. What a professional. He's already listing our neighbor and our daughter just sold with him too! Best decision we ever made!

I met John absolutely by accident when I went to the wrong home on an Open House tour but thank goodness I did! The home he was showing was a real piece of luxury and way out of our price range but he was so down to earth and genuine I liked him right away. . . and so did my wife! John you took us on a tour of some really special properties and from the time you pulled up, opened the doors for us, handed us our individualized little books detailing the homes we would see with a pen each and a cold bottle of water in the cup holder we knew you were diferent. The other agents we had been working with met us at each home. Not you! ! you drove us personally, opened each door and let us walk in. You quietly pointed out features and amentities and it was so nice. I was a little concerned that you would be too nice to be effective in negotiating our deal but the price we paid for our new home tells me that the years you told us completely the opposite. John exceeded our expectations at every point in the process and both of us have been referring our friends to his great service ever since.
