About Simone
Simone started buying and selling rental properties right out of High School in her native Ontario. She learned the value of leveraging and how to effectively manage multiple properties. After earning her Masters Degree, she worked in education for 8 years which eventually brought her to Calgary in 1996 where she put down roots and never looked back. After opening, operating, and eventually selling multiple locations of a franchise business, she started a business with her husband, Pablo Galvez, which grew successfully until 2006 where her focus turned to Real Estate, operating a niche real estate investment and syndication company.
