This was the first property I had ever sold. I spoke to 2 agents to decide and after meeting with them, felt that Daniel was easily the better of the 2. He did an appraisal at his cost and had professional pictures taken. He made recommendations on items to fix on my house and ultimately sold the house for $31k over what the first agent wanted to initially list it for.
