Raytheon Executive: I wish I could give Patti TEN stars out of 5 -- she really is that exceptional of a realtor. Like so many other reviewers here, my wife and I were living out of state when we purchased our northwest-area home (Dove Mountain). On our often-hectic house-hunting trips to the Tucson area, Patti was always available to show us numerous homes that we were interested in, and even good-naturedly indulged us on a rather late Sunday evening when we wanted to take a second look at a couple of NW properties before flying back home (even though she was on the far east side of Tucson at the time). We ultimately toured dozens of homes on our trips back to Tucson, and, although the home buying process can be frustrating and stressful for many buyers, Patti always made it fun -- she was an absolute joy to work with. Once we selected a home to make an offer on, Patti's negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the purchase and closing process really paid off -- this was especially important since we were making the purchase long-distance. She always responded quickly to our often-numerous questions and requests and stayed in constant contact with everyone involved in the closing of the sale. My wife and I feel very lucky that we chose Patti as our agent: she is the most hard-working, knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled real-estate professional that I have ever met, and I can't imagine ever choosing any realtor other than her.
