I had the good fortune of meeting Ruth twenty-one years ago when she was my agent and I bought my first house. Her knowledge of Austin communities and surrounding areas was so helpful. We have been working with Ruth E Powers with Realty Austin for about a year on finding a house in North Central Austin. She was great to work with! While it took awhile to find the right property (we were picky), she stuck with us. Ruth was very helpful. I don't know how many times we called on her to show us a listing but she was always there. Ruth is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. This is the second time we used Ruth in buying a property; the first time was about 12 years ago. We highly recommend her.
