Kim Coburn came to us at a high stress time and was a complete pleasure to work with. She was low key, very professional and unlike many realtors, not pushy or over opinionated. She listened to me and what I wanted to try as a seller, yet still gave her professional opinion in a suble and non obtrusive way. I really appreciated how she listened to what I was saying and incorporated my desires into the selling plan. She went out of her way to, in great detail, do market analysis of other homes, based not only on square footage, but even better, actual ammenities of each home for a "true" comparison of the value of several comparable homes. She was very professional the whole way through and I would recommend her highly. The one other thing that was very impressive is she didn't trap us into a contract like many do...if I like her, I continue to use her, if I don't, I can move on at any time. That is a sign of a secure realtor, who is confident that she will do a good job, and not force people to stay in long contracts if they are not happy with how the process is going. Very impressive.
