We had just relocated to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and were interested in finding a place that was nice, in a safe location, spacious and that would accommodate our dog. She knew the Phoenix-metro area so well; from talking with her and giving her an idea of the locations and specifics we were looking for, she immediately picked up on our taste, desires, and just exactly what we were looking for. We immediately loved Terry. Not only did she have a professionalism about her that gave her great credibility, but she was the most welcoming and friendly realtor we had ever worked with. A few times when I was home alone while Rusty was traveling and some assistance was needed, Terry was immediately there doing whatever it took to get the problem resolved. My son Stephen and I met Terry thru his agent when he signed on to the Arizona Carindals last year. Everything happened so fast, he had to quickly move to Arizona from Houston. After arriving he had to find a place to stay, get settled (buy furniture, etc.) plus go to practice and be focused. So I contacted Terry, not knowing what to expect and extremely desperate for help. We connected right away, she understood the situation and met with Stephen--the rest is history. She worked with Stephen in finding the right place at the right price! I love her! I had one weekend to come in to find and purchase furniture plus accessories--an impossible task. She was there when the furniture was delivered and set it up in each room, went shopping for additional accessories, cleaned and decorated apartment.
