Olga helped us purchase our house in Bellevue and we are so grateful for her knowledge, hard work, and commitment. Throughout the entire process she was always there to answer questions quickly and to provide us with information we wouldn't have gotten otherwise. She listened to our needs and requirements and showed us houses that were within those requirements (as well as our budget), which helped us find the right house quickly. When Olga took us to look at houses, she pointed out the hidden flaws and potential problems (for example flooring that was not good quality, or a new kitchen that was not properly installed), rather than focusing solely on the good features of the house. This made us feel confident and comfortable knowing that she was looking out for us rather than just trying to sell a house. When we finally found the house we wanted, it ended up being a short sale property. Rather than foregoing the property (as other agents had told us that short sale properties take too long and often fall through, so it's not worth our time to put offers down), she worked with us, the seller and the selling bank to close a short sale rather quickly and with no problems or set backs. Overall we are so happy with her knowledge and her helpfulness and highly recommend her to everyone looking for their dream home! Thanks Olga!
