The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.  This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBEC), and affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

D Magazine Winner  multiple years - D Magazine contracted an independent call center to reach out to more than 12,000 home buyers, mortgage lenders, title companies, and D Subscribers.  They were asked to submit an evaluation to identify exceptional real estate agents in the DFW area.  Less than 2% of all licensed real estate agents in the Dallas - Fort Worth area were selected.

Five Star Professional Winner multiple years - Five Star Professional conducts research to help consumers with the important decision of selecting a service professional.  The Five Star award is presented to service professionals who provide quality services to their clients.  Consumers who agreed to participate in the survey provided the name of the real estate agent and rated top individuals according to key criteria such as integrity, negotiation and closing preparation.  Surveys were sent to DFW region residents who recently purchased a home (more than 43,100 households) within a 12 month period. Award candidates were evaluated against five objective criteria such as a qualifying client satisfaction rating and a favorable regulatory and complaint history.  The resulting list is a select group, representing less than 7% of the real estate agents in the DFW region.
