We were first time vacation home buyers 3 years ago when we came looking for a 2nd home in Marco Island, FL. We were referred to Bartos Group from a close friend of ours. We also worked with a real estate lawyer that the Bartos Group had recommended to us, which proved to be a life saver (actually, a deal saver), as he guided us through a settlement that looked simple in the beginning (house was not occupied, it was owned by an investor) - to the point we owned the home.I mat a close friend of mine's realtor the other day. He described her before we met as a "typical realtor", and when we met, I fully understood what he was talking about. And also realized how fortunate we were to have worked with the Bartos Group, instead of a "typical" realtor.Joe & Mary are real people, honest, hard working, and willing to help people find a home that they will love.
