I am absolutely thrilled with the service Diane provided in getting my mom’s home sold. The house is in southern California, whereas I live in northern California. She went well above and beyond while the house was being prepared for sale, from hiring and supervising contractors and gardeners to just generally keeping an eye on the place during the months when it was unoccupied. She saved me from having to make any trips down south to deal with matters there. Whenever I wanted advice, regarding the preparations, the listing, and the sales process, she was happy to provide it, but she was also totally willing to accept whatever decisions I reached. And then when things on the buyers’ side got a bit rocky during escrow, she took a very firm negotiating stance (whereas I would have given too much!) and kept things moving along. She is very organized, proficient, and responsive. This is the third time I’ve sold a home, and Diane worked harder than either of the other agents I’ve used.
