About Janis
A longtime Boston resident, Janis currently resides in the Charlestown Navy Yard on Boston's Charlestown's Waterfront; previously, a resident of the North End, Boston Waterfront, West End/Beacon Hill neighborhoods, after growing up on the South Shore of Boston in the small, seaside town of Cohasset. Janis knows the city and its neighborhoods extremely well, as well as its surrounding suburbs North, West and South of the City of Boston. After a long career in one of the city's and nation's most prominent law firms, Janis started her real estate career in 2010 with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, was recruited to Keller Williams Realty Boston-Metro in 2014, and returned to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2016.
