We decided to relocate from Wisconsin to the Lakewood Ranch community in Sarasota, FL. While we wanted to build a new home, we did look at several existing homes. It was during this search that we happened upon Stacy Haas-Goodwin ~ and what a blessing this turned out to be. Within a week we had a reservation on a lot with a builder in The Lake Club, a daunting prospect for us since we had never built a home. And here is where Stacy excelled. She has excellent working relationships with the SMR management of Lakewood Ranch and with our builder, Arthur Rutenberg Homes. We leaned on her heavily during the home design and permitting phases of the process, and she always made herself readily available. It was the same during the intense phase where we had to select finishes. We believe her training in interior design made her an incredible resource for us and made what could have been a stressful event quite manageable. Our closing will occur in about two months, and we are happy to report that we've been delighted with how our build has proceeded which is in no small part due to Stacy's involvement. Overall we've been very impressed with how hard Stacy has worked at being our advocate and could not recommend her more highly.

After the encouragement of several design clients, she made the natural segue into real estate. This proved to be a wise career choice as her initial sale was a $6.9 million Polo Club estate in Sarasota.
