What do Clients Say?

Amy is very sweet and personable. She is skilled at dealing with nervous. I sellers and is great at negotiating with the seller. She is prompt and goes out of her way to keep all parties informed. When she does not know the answer she researches to get the information in a timely manor. I have used her skills twice and would not hesitate to use her again.

Amy helped me find the perfect townhouse! I was really impressed with how knowledgeable she was about the process and how quickly she responded to my queries. She helped me find and close on a home within a couple of months - much faster than I had expected. I highly recommend working with Amy!

Amy is great! My boyfriend Ben and I were first time homebuyers and Amy was the perfect fit for us. She was helpful, patient, flexible and responsive. She also had a great ability to make us feel at ease, during a potentially high stress time. We felt like Amy was so on top of everything. She was proactive and really wanted to ensure that we knew what was out there as we looked to buy our first home. She took the time to explain every step of the process, even explained some parts twice, with a smile on her face! We highly recommend Amy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their house!

About Amy

Amy Borshay-Bokser is a Bedford, MA area Realtor who combines her strong background in business with her passion for customer-centric service.

Prior to her career in the real estate industry, Amy obtained an Accounting Degree from Franklin and Marshall College and attended the London School of Economics during her undergraduate studies. Upon graduation Amy worked in financial services, primarily working with CPAs in the tax preparation field.  She then went on to develop and manage a successful business as a personal chef for high profile clientele in Boston, Manhattan, and Beverly Hills for over a decade.

Now the lead buyers’ agent for the Debbie Spencer Group, Amy takes her background in business and pairs it with her aptitude for customer service to better guide her clients through the contractual, financial, and emotional decisions involved in the real estate process.   Over the years, Amy has found her niche in this highly competitive industry by responding to her clients' needs with integrity, hard work, and excellent communication.

To Amy, having the right real estate agent means having someone who is not only committed to helping their clients through the buying or selling process, but one who also offers expert knowledge of the local real estate markets.  Growing up in Bedford, and currently residing there, Amy understands not only the town of Bedford, but the surrounding towns as well, allowing her to provide extensive information regarding past history and current highlights of the many towns in the area.  Whether she is utilized to help a buyer navigate the school systems, aid a seller in determining the price that will get them top dollar when they sell their home, or simply providing fascinating details about a town her buyers may be considering, Amy takes pride in her extensive local knowledge.

While there is little more exciting to Amy than the gratifying feeling she gets from helping her clients realize their real estate needs, she finds that community involvement is another area of passion for her.  Extremely involved in the Bedford and Lexington communities, Amy volunteers at Rotary, Chamber, and PMC events. She serves as an active board member of POMS, is on the Social Action committee board at Temple Isaiah in Lexington, and regularly volunteers for the Bedford Public Schools where her two children attend.
