What do Clients Say?
Very knowledgeable and driven Realtor. Meredith is the type of person that does not let an issue fall through the cracks. She takes care of small issues that you might not think of. Highly recommended.http://www.har.com/meredith-levine/ratings_610518
We had a tremendous experience with Meredith. She was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. She was also extremely patient [when we] had many questions and concerns. When we had unexpected delays, she was proactive and reassuring, keeping us informed and effectively communicating between all the parties to resolve the issues. We can not express how much we appreciate everything she did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to our friends.http://www.har.com/meredith-levine/ratings_610518
Meredith went beyond what most Realtors would do. I moved to another state and she sat in my house and waited the whole time period for the repairman. It took 3 trips for the repairman to fix the microwave and she came each and every time and waited. She even went to the house and got our passport when we realized we didn't have it. When we decided to move back to town but still sell the house, she jumped into action and really listened to what we wanted and gave us a breakdown of the communities that she felt would fit our lifestyle and goals. She kept us up to date every step of the way and kept things moving. We really appreciated all she did for us.http://www.har.com/meredith-levine/ratings_610518
Meredith is knowledgeable about the real estate process and the nuances that are specific to Texas. We were able to wrap up our offer, their counter, and agreement on the final contract in a matter of hours, which is amazing since we put in our offer at the end of the business day. She sat with me for the whole home inspection process. I've never had a Realtor stay for the whole time before. She was prompt answering questions and addressed all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend her.http://www.har.com/meredith-levine/ratings_610518
Meredith Levine is an incredibly smart and attentive Realtor. We had several issues pop up throughout the purchase of a new home and sale of our old home. Her legal and past experience significantly helped us navigate a stressful situation. She was there to answer every question and provided great advice that got us top dollar for our old home and a great deal on our new home in a very short period of time. She worked incredibly hard for us from start to finish, and I am so glad we had her by our side through this process.http://www.har.com/meredith-levine/ratings_610518
