About Bianca
With nearly a decade of industry experience, Bianca Guevara has played a pivotal role in the remarkable growth of South Florida's real estate market. Born and raised in Miami, I attribute much of my success to my grandparents and upbringing. Like many others who fled from Cuba to Miami, my grandparents and parents left everything behind, started anew, and worked tirelessly to achieve the American dream.
Bianca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and plans to enroll in the Master's of Science in International Real Estate program at Florida International University next spring. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of real estate sales, including new development sales, investments, and luxury properties.
