I worked with Karen recently for the purchase of our new home in Westlake Village. The house I wanted was for sale but the seller withdraw her house from the market. Karen worked constantly and patiently until the seller agreed on my offer. The transaction had its bumps on the road like any escrow but again Karen worked her magic and made the process pain free.
