Penny McCann loves selling… She says it's in her blood. She has a lengthy background in sales and management which prepared her for this exciting career in Real Estate. She was the youngest Manager of a chain of Greeting Card shops in Lincoln, England, turning the card shop into one of the highest performing group of stores in the chain. She also sold AVON Cosmetics for many years, building her own client base and keeping those friendships throughout the changes in her career.
Penny has been working in Real Estate for almost 7 years, most recently working for Keller Williams Realty. She started her career working for 2 years as a Realtor's assistant for a high-producing Real Estate team, then worked to obtain her license. Not only is she licensed in California, but in the state of Texas as well.
She works extensively with both buyers and sellers, guiding her clients through the complicated real estate process to help them achieve their goals. With her home base in Rossmoor/Los Alamitos, Penny has an extensive knowledge of the Orange County area. She loves helping her clients find that perfect place to call home.
