Lauretta began her real estate career in 1989with Esslinger Wooten Maxwell, a leading independent real estate broker in Coral Gables, Floridawhere she specialized in waterfront and executive estates.  Her father was a well known residentialcontractor in Coral Gablesand it was only natural that her career path would lead her into real estate.Within three years she obtained her Certified Residential Specialistdesignation, held by only 4% of all Realtors nationwide.  In 1997, she and her husband relocated theirfamily to Gainesville in order to move theheadquarters of his family’s three generation business to NorthFlorida.  She quicklyshifted gears and joined MM Parrish. Lauretta has consistently been named to the Coldwell BankerInternational Presidents Premier, achieving over 25 million in annual salesand placing her in the top 1% of all Realtors in the world.  She has consistantly been the number one sales associate at MM Parrish and the number one individual Realtor in the Gainesville Alachua County Board of Realtors.  Lauretta specializes in residential salesfrom the smallest condo to million dollar plus estates.  A graduate of Auburn Universitywith a degree in Merchandising, Lauretta married her high school sweetheart,Alan.   She and her husband have three grown children and and eight grandchildren. She believes that to be successful in real estate you have to be fullyengaged in your community.  Besides herfull time real estate career, Lauretta devotes time to the Junior League ofGainesville, the Children’s Home Society (passed president and member of theBoard of Directors in North Central Florida), the American Cancer Society Cureby Design fundraising committee, Oak Hall School Parents’ Association and amember of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Lauretta’s goal is to represent clients who expect the highest level ofprofessionalism and personal service. She is the “Right Move In Real Estate”.
