The very first day she listed the house I had a showing, and the showings continued at a pace that seemed to be non-stop; after a few days I had someone make an offer. When the buyer had a home inspector come and look around the house, there was a small issue with the roof that I was not aware of. She was able to get a roofer to make the repair quickly and at a fair price. If you have questions, she is just a text away and is very quick to respond. To sum everything up, if I ever need to sell another house there is no need to do any more interviews.
