About Paula

Paula was always independent and driven. She never took the easy road, because when you do what is easy, life will be hard, but if you do what is hard, life will be easy. Paula wanted a great life.

She went to Engineering school at one of the top universities in Chile where she studied Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering. Later she got her MBA at one of the top schools in Italy. Bocconi University in Milan. After years of hard work, client satisfaction focus and high work ethics, she became sales Director for Latin America for one of the top telecommunications companies in Europe, Telecom Italia, working at a beautiful office in Downtown Miami.  

Paula had already gotten her Real Estate license a few years back, when the circumstances at her telecom job changed dramatically. One thing led to another and she became a full time Realtor in 2013.

In 2016 she moved to Keller Williams, the #1 Real Estate Company in the world and one of the top training companies. Paula wanted to learn to be a GREAT agent, not just one agent more. She wanted to provide the best customer services, and develop great relationships.  

Paula has taken hundreds of hours of training, because she wants to serve her clients at a high level and even became a trainer herself. She currently teaches other agents how to sell their listings and about running their businesses as a business (agent financials and budgeting)…and recently she became a coach for new agents at KW Miami Beach. She applies this knowledge to help her clients become investors and increase their wealth.

Paula is part of the ALC (Agent leadership council) at the KW Miami Beach office, won the KW culture award in 2018, and her team GottaLoveMiami recently became one of the top teams.  

Paula has also earned the Certified Luxury Home Specialist certificate from the institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She also has the CIPS (Certified International Property specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) certifications and is a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor). All certifications that allow her to serve her clients at the high level they deserve. 

Paula’s mission is to help her clients achieve their goals and exceed their expectations. She is thankful for all of the clients she has helped in the past and for those she will serve in the future.
