I had my home listed with the "local pro" for 6 months without a single offer & who's response time could be days, if at all. Upon our contract expiring, I contacted Tiffany Holtz Real Estate Group after some recommendations from colleagues. Even before we signed the paperwork, she had a stager come in & a professional photographer take new pictures. We had an offer in TWO WEEKS, which was accepted about a week later after much negotiation. I was VERY impressed with her, but mostly her level of communication with me. She visited our house and informed us that she could have it sold in as little as 10 days which was exciting but also worried us when wondering where we would live after the house sold. The house was on the market for 2 days and because Tiffany helped us stay 2 steps ahead of everyone else, the sellers accepted our offer.
