We had to list our home in PA at the same time we were moving to another state. As luck would have it (bad luck actually) several things went wrong after we left. A plumbing leak on the second floor ruined some drywall on the first floor. What could of turned into a nightmare was solved by Georgie and her very competent team in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable cost. They coordinated all the repairs with the various contractors and were present while all the work was being done. End result... our home was sold looking like nothing had ever happened.
