The way you had us paint and stage the Mount Vernon house really helped. (We wished we had done that long ago to enjoy it more ourselves). 3) Explaining contract clauses and keeping up with deadlines -- We seemed to have so many clauses and contingencies in a couple of the contracts but you helped manage all of that and keep us on track. At one point you did a "cliff notes" or cheat sheet version of all the deadlines to help us keep track. That was great and very helpful to put it all in one place.
