The house Marty and I listed with you originally was not an easy house to sell coupled with the fact that the market had just tanked two weeks prior to listing. You helped me with numerous problems with the house not only with verbal suggestions and even physical labor on your part with the plant room. It seems the biggest problem with the house was the laundry facility. It was too overwhelming to even think about moving water lines etc. but you spoke with an architect who came up with an idea to solve the problem very inexpensively and that ultimately sold the house! Thank you for taking this initiative.As you know my husband was in a wheelchair but his overall health was starting to decline and I was facing major back surgery. Selling that house and downsizing all our furniture would have been impossible without the two of you.
