About Andrew

I have been in Real Estate in one form or another almost my entire life. I work with The Salamone Group in St. Petersburg, Florida, as well as with the team at RE/MAX Metro, and I am licensed independent Broker in California.

I have a history of specialization in luxury, waterfront, and investment property, having worked with high-end buyers and sellers on both individual listings and property portfolios.

Before joining RE/MAX Metro here in St. Petersburg, Florida, I worked with the Salamone Group at RE/MAX Bayway Islands, headquartered on the island of Tierra Verde, and listed, sold, and invested in property from the Gulf Beaches to Downtown and the Old Northeast.

In California, I founded the Santa Cruz Buyers Brokerage, the Monterey Buyers Brokerage, and the Buyers Brokerage Inc., which I sold in 2011.  My work in California is currently limited to consulting for select top-tier clients buying and selling luxury real estate and investment property.
