This was a busy year for us and Michelle Noon is one reason we are not as frazzled as we should be. In 2019 we had not 1, not 2, but 3 real estate transactions! In February Michelle helped us find our new home located near to Disney, but it was a new build, so would take a while to finish. In June we put my parents condo up for sale after they passed away, and Michelle found us a buyer in 2 days! We didn’t expect that and were out of the country at a destination vow renewal ceremony for friends! Michelle arranged electronic files and signatures for us to enter escrow! It was a fast 3 week escrow and in July we received funding. Also in July, our new home near Disney was completed and ready for closing. We had the funding from my parents home, so we didn’t have to sell our own condo or liquidate anything to close on the new home. Once again, Michelle went above and beyond, accompanying us on walkthroughs and helping us negotiate issues with the builder. In August we moved into our new home after making some room for additional storage prior to moving in. In September we finally had our condo emptied, cleaned up & ready to put on the market. Once again we were leaving for a much needed vacation in October, but since Michelle had done this with us before, we decided to list it three weeks before leaving. We figured the quick sale of my parents condo was a fluke, and that we’d have time to return from vacation. But nope, Michelle sold this one in less than two weeks and the buyer wanted a quick close. So once again we were on a cruise ship when we got documents electronically to sign for closing. Michelle helped us go to the title company to sign as much ahead of time as we could, before leaving. How great is it to be on vacation and know that your realtor has your back, keeps you up to date on escrow progress, makes sure all is done properly and schedules closing while your gone. We came home to a big fat escrow check, thank you! So, if you think Michelle is just an ordinary realtor, think again! She’s 100% the best I’ve ever encountered! Thank you Michelle!
