She has 25+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and project management in a variety of industries. Her career began in 1995 at Wells Fargo in Atlanta, Georgia as Assistant Branch Manager and she earned the “Top Sales Performer” award several times during her tenure. In 2001, she joined metro-Atlanta’s Forsyth County Government as an Education Coordinator. Her work at implementing a countywide recycling collection program for all public schools earned her department the highest award for a “Partner in Education” given by the Forsyth County School System in 2007.  Later that year, Karen relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina and decided to transition her career to her passion - selling real estate.

In 2014, she was able to combine her passion of selling real estate with living in her dream location – the beach!  Karen lives in St James Plantation located in the quaint seaside town of Southport, also home to the North Carolina 4th of July Festival. She loves the charm of coastal North Carolina with its rich history, diverse culture, warm weather and laid-back lifestyle.
