About Susan

Susan was raised in the NYC/Connecticut area and is now a proud Texan. After experiencing the welcoming Texas spirit first hand, Susan is always excited to introduce her clients to the area and highlight the special qualities and unique personality of each town.

 Together with her Business Partner Kelly Marcontell, Susan and Kelly have completed over $1 Billion+ in Real Estate transactions during their combined careers. Susan has a proven track record of exceptional client service from the first meeting and understanding her clients’ unique needs, through offer and negotiations, and all the way through the closing.

 As a busy Listing Agent, Susan utilizes her experience, expertise and strong Marketing background to best package and present her clients' homes to compete in this active luxury Real Estate market. She is also very talented in helping her Buyer clients find their perfect home. Today’s competitive market often requires quickaction to locate properties and a detail-oriented approach to writing winning offers. Susan knows how to best position her clients in competitive situations, while also coordinating her client’s simultaneous buying and selling activities.  

As a 25 year North Texas resident, Susan knows the towns, subdivisions and local amenities. As a Mom, she also understands the importanceof schools as a driving force in the town and home selection process. Afterrelocating their family twice, she knows that the process can be quitestressful for families, and works hand-in-hand with her clients to make thebuying and relocating process as smooth as possible.

 Susan holds a B.S. from the Boston College School of Business (Finance) and a Master in Business Administration (Marketing) from Fordham University in New York City, where she graduated 1^st in her class. She has 2 grown children who both graduated from Southlake Carroll ISD. Susan is actively involved in her Church and community.
