MEET LAURIE NEIMAN….

 

Laurie is a second generation real estate professional who puts her clients first.  Whether you want to downsize or your are looking for more space, Laurie’s specialty is listening to her clients carefully, having an impeccable knowledge of current market and the available listings, and being a comforting hand to guide you throughout each step of the moving process.

 

Serving my clients and making sure they know they are very important is Laurie’s goal.  Laurie’s mother, Marie Powell was an honest to goodness real estate legend, who was her mentor.  Follow the golden rule: “treat everyone as you want them to treat you.”  Growing up in a real estate business, Laurie learned from her early days the dedication and care needed to List, Sell, and Rent properties.

 

Laurie’s career started in 1973 at Marie Powell & Associates..

In 1991 Laurie became the broker/owner of her own 2 offices in Pasco and Hernando Counties, which she owned and grew for 16 years.  In 2007 she merged her company with Prudential Tropical becoming the managing broker to 2 of their offices.  In 2011 moving into sales as the primary business.

 

Years of service to association of realtors:  1986 President of W Pasco Board of Realtors, 2001 President of Greater Clearwater Association of  Realtors,  2011 President of Hernando Association of Realtors, In 1987 and 2002 Realtor of the Year ….  Laurie has received numerous awards: Humanitarian of the year for the Florida Realtors, Realtor Achievement and many more, She has served the community through: Salvation Army (domestic violence shelter), Pinellas Village, Clearwater Women’s Club, Timber Greens Women’s Club, and many more fine charities.
