The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and the Superior School of Real Estate are proud to bring the intensive, two-day luxury home marketing training to Charlotte, North Carolina. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Realtors®, members of NAHB, and ICREA-affiliated agents are welcome to attend the training and become Institute Members.
  • Assistants of agent attendees or assistants of current Institute Members may register for a live training if space is available. Licensed assistants who complete the training will become Institute Members. There is not a reduced fee for assistants to take or audit the training.
  • Existing Members may audit any public training for a nominal fee if space is available. Simply login to your account on our website, then choose a course on the training schedule. Registration fees will automatically be adjusted to reflect the discounted rate available exclusively to active Institute Members.

Superior School of Real Estate is hosting the training at their headquarters.

The Superior School of Real Estate is located approximately 18 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. While there is no hotel block or room discount associated with this training, there are many nearby hotels.

Attendees must be present for the duration of the training to earn any applicable CRS elective credit, state continuing education (CE) credit, and Institute Membership.

The National Association of REALTORS® Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) has approved The Institute's two-day, live training for 16 units of elective credit (eight credits per day) toward the CRS designation. Credit is earned by successfully passing a 25-question exam at the conclusion of each training day. For more information about the CRS designation, visit crs.com.

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission has approved this training for four hours of general continuing education (CE) credit for North Carolina-licensed real estate agents. (Course #1377)

The registration fee for the Superior School of Real Estate Charlotte training is $525. This fee includes the two-day live training, meals and refreshments, and the first year of Institute Membership (a $225 value).

Current, active Institute Members may audit the training on a space available basis for a $175 fee to cover materials, meals, and refreshments.
