Public CLHMS Training
This intensive two-day training course sets the standard for luxury sales training in the industry. Learn what wealthy buyers and sellers say are the "real secrets" to capturing their business and delivering outstanding service!
This is a public course, open to any licensed real estate agent regardless of brand affiliation.
Successful completion of the course results in membership with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is the FIRST STEP in earning the coveted CLHMS designation. Members must then meet sales performance requirements before they are awarded the CLHMS designation.
SCHEDULE & POLICIES:
We will start each day with coffee and networking at 8:30am and the course starts promptly at 9:00am (the doors will close). The course will end each day at 5:00pm.

2:30 15-minute Afternoon Break
5:00-5:30 CRS Exam (*optional)
Licensed Florida real estate agents are required to sign-in with their Florida real estate license number to ensure they receive 11 hours continuing education (CE) credit.
If you would like to earn CRS elective credit while taking this class, please plan to stay after 5pm each day to take a short 25 question exam.
Attendees must be present the entire time to receive membership as well as CRS credit, as stated in the attendance requirement under the Terms & Conditions of the class.
There will be a parking garage attached to the venue. Registrants may park in the garage for the event.
Currently there is no hotel room block nor are there discounted rooms associated with this course.
