Realtors®, members of NAHB, and ICREA-affiliated agents are welcome to attend the training and become Institute Members.

The two-day training includes meals and refreshments provided by the host and sponsor(s). Below is the typical daily schedule:

  • 8:30 am - Check-In, Coffee, Networking
  • 9:00 am - Morning Session
  • 10:30 am - Morning Break
  • 10:45 am - Morning Session Resumes
  • 12:00 pm - Lunch
  • 12:45 pm - Afternoon Session
  • 2:30 pm - Afternoon Break
  • 2:45 pm - Afternoon Session Resumes
  • 5:00 pm - Optional CRS Elective Credit Exam

Attendees must be present for the duration of the training to earn any applicable CRS elective credit, state continuing education (CE) credit, and Institute Membership.

The Institute does not offer a one-day pass for the two-day live training. If you are unable to attend both days of training, we recommend registering for and completing the Online Training.

Training will take place at Keller Williams Realty Bellevue.

The Luxury Home Marketing Training is the first step on the journey to becoming a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™. Successful completion of the training results in membership with The Institute and a wide range of exclusive tools, resources, and products to help you succeed in the luxury real estate market.

Institute Members must have proven performance to appl for and earn the CLHMS designation. Click here to learn more about the steps and requirements to earn the CLHMS designation.

Attendees must be present for the duration of the training to earn any applicable CRS elective credit and Institute Membership.

The National Association of REALTORS® Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) has approved The Institute's two-day, live training for 16 units of elective credit (eight credits per day) toward the CRS designation. Credit is earned by successfully passing a 25-question exam at the conclusion of each training day. For more information about the CRS designation, visit crs.com.

The registration fee for the Seattle training is $595.00. This fee includes the two-day live training, meals and refreshments, and the first year of Institute Membership (a $225 value).

Current, active Institute Members may audit the training on a space available basis for a $175 fee to cover materials, meals, and refreshments.
