This is a public course, open to any licensed REALTOR regardless of brand affiliation.
Successful completion of the course results in membership with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is the FIRST STEP in earning the coveted CLHMS designation. Members must then meet sales performance requirements before they are awarded the CLHMS designation.
We will start each day with coffee and networking at 8:30am. Please be on time as the course starts promptly at 9:00am (the doors will close). There will be a short morning and afternoon break along with an hour for lunch. Lunch will be provided. The course will end each day at 5:00pm. If you are taking the class for CRS elective credit please plan to stay after both training days to take a short 26 question exam. Attendees must be present the entire time to receive credit.
Florida REALTORS are required to sign-in with their Florida real estate license number to ensure they receive 11 hours continuing education (CE) credit.

The Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is located approximately 30 minutes from the Sarasota Association of REALTORS. There is NO room block NOR discounted rooms associated with this course at NEARBY HOTELS.
