Trademark Information

Use of the INSTITUTE MEMBER®, CERTIFIED LUXURY HOME MARKETING SPECIALIST® (CLHMS) and MILLION DOLLAR GUILD® marks and logos is limited to Institute members who have earned the designation or recognitions and are active members in good standing with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and the National Association of Realtors® (or other ICREA-affiliated national association).

Use of the marks and/or logos without (1) being awarded the designation or recognition; and (2) maintaining membership in good standing in both The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and the National Association of Realtors® (or other ICREA-affiliated national association) is trademark infringement, and a violation of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS ®, Article 12.
