Performance Criteria for CLHMS Designation
There are two options. Choose the option that matches your level of experience.

The qualifying sales price to earn the CLHMS designation is the price which defines the minimum value of the top 10% of residential sales in your market, or $500,000, whichever is HIGHER. Never will we accept a property less than $500,000.
All residential transactions being submitted must be single family homes, townhouses, condominiums, or cooperatives. If you represented both the seller (listing) and the buyer (sale) in a given transaction, you may consider it two transaction sides.
The above requirements are based on individual performance. In order to earn and use The CLHMS designation and the Million Dollar Guild recognition, you must have completed training and be a Member in good standing of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
There are no exceptions to the performance requirements stated above.
