About Kristan

I am a breast cancer survivor from the Midwest, raised in Iowa, with frequent summer trips to St. Augustine, FL.   I graduated from Northeast Missouri State University with a B.S.E. in Business Economicsthen moved to FL in 1986 and taught business courses for three years. For the next five years I worked for JM Family Enterprises as their New Product Planning Administrator.  A friend convinced me that pharmaceutical sales was something I should consider so I began a successful seven year sales career with Aventis Pharmaceuticals.

I became a Realtor in August of 2004.  From the beginning, I knew it was the career for me.  It is very fulfilling for me to help people with such an important life decision…to buy or sell a home or investment property.  I believe there is a real need for a full-time, professional and trustworthy Realtor.  You know that your consultation with me is confidential and that I will provide you with the truth regarding what it will take to sell your home.  I am skillful at walking that tightrope that balances optimism with realism and diplomacy with brutal honesty.

I consider myself an outdoors enthusiast and love exercising, fishing, boating and hanging out with my family on my dock.  I am a member of the Ponte Vedra Chamber of Commerce.
