We decided to list with Debra and were never once disappointed.Because we hired a true professional, we were able to offset the disadvantage of selling in a buyer's market. Her marketing techniques were impeccable. The internet exposure was awesome, complete with a stunning visual tour. When problems arose, like running out of flyers, changes to the listing, etc., the problems were solved immediately, regardless of when they came up. Also, because we were never out of the loop, we had a constant grasp of the situation. We would also like to say that her local real estate savvy is second to none and the value of that cannot be overstated. We also used Debra in the purchase of the home we are in now.
