Jim, helped with a lot of back and forth negotiation on both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. There were many addendums to our contracts on both of our deals, and Jim handled all of it. In addition, he handled all of the documentation required by our HOA to ensure a timely close of both of our deals. Juggling both the sale of our old home simultaneously while purchasing a new home required dealing with realtors, mortgage lender representatives, HOA staff, and closing attorneys. Jim did it all and both of our deals were executed effectively.

Jim was the BEST Realtor for my family. He sold my Mom her property several years ago and he was so patient and helpful. My Mom passed away last year and I hired Jim to sell the property. We had difificulty because the house went into Probate and the Buyer transaction was extremly difficult. The sale also took place out of state and during COVID19. Jim was professional, extremely knowledgeable, sensitive and vigilant throughout the whole process!!! He recommended a fantastic Probate Lawyer. My family is eternally grateful to him.
