About Pamela

Pamela (Tilton) Linn has been a leading presence in the Chicagoland area real estate market since 1996. She combines her knowledge of running two real estate offices, with her selling experience (top 1% of all Chicagoland real estate brokers) to help clients today. 

While she has been continually recognized as a luxury real estate specialist, Pamela is equally dedicated to marketing a wide range of properties, from small condos to contemporary and historical single-family homes. Additionally, Linn holds the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), where she is a member of the Million Dollar Guild at the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, which recognizes agents who have demonstrated skill in the multi-million-dollar home market. She also has extensive knowledge of selling architecturally significant homes, to name a few, Frank Lloyd Wright's Winslow House, Ingalls House, Beachy House, and Booth House. 

Pamela's knowledge of historical homes started at a young age, growing up in not only one, but two Frank Lloyd Wright homes. In 2004, she listed and sold the FLLW Beachy House for a record-breaking Oak Park sale at the time of $2,300,000. Pamela's listings have been written up in Chicago Magazine, Chicago Tribune and Sun-Times, as well as articles on her in the Wall Street Journal and Crain's Chicago Business and Pioneer Press.

She transitioned from sales into Management for several years before returning to her love of sales.  Linn was the President & Managing Broker of Jameson Sotheby's International Realty & Jameson Commercial where she oversaw the day-to-day operations for Chicago's Lincoln Park office and worked closely with her management team and principals.  With over 300 residential and commercial agents and a staff of 30, she led Jameson to successfully breaking all previous company records in volume, hitting over one billion dollars in sales. 

Prior to being lured over to Jameson Sotheby's, she was instrumental in helping @properties with their phenomenal growth by expanding the company's presence in the Gold Coast, Streeterville and Loop areas with over 200+ agents at this location alone.  She was Vice President of Sales & Managing Broker.  Pamela also started @properties Commercial and was President and Managing Broker of their new division. In addition to overseeing the Gold Coast/Streeterville location she worked with the two principals at @properties in recruiting new agents, managing all training and retention programs.

Enhancing her work in commercial real estate development, Pamela worked with Field Partners in Lake Forest prior to entering the residential market. Before that she was an invaluable member of the Professional National Title Network (formerly Attorney's National Title Network) as a closer, closing over one thousand properties. 

Before embracing the real estate profession, Pamela was a news writer for both WGN-TV & FOX-TV. She possesses a strong background in financial news, chalking up eight years as a news anchor/producer/reporter with WCIU-TV's Stock Market Observer. 

Linn earned her managing broker's license in 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with an emphasis in Radio/TV & Film from Northern Illinois University.  She served on the Grievance committee for over 14 years at the prestigious Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR).  She has also been an active member of the Governmental Affairs Committee at CAR and Grievance Multi-Board committee. Additionally, Pamela was elected to the Board of Directors for the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois, now known as Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED).
