Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am a full-time resident of Traverse City, and I love living here. I consider Northern Michigan one of the most beautiful places in the United States. It has so much to offer with four seasons and tons of activities. I enjoy skiing, boating, riding in the woods on our quad, exercising, reading, and spending quality time with my amazing family.

 

I obtained my real estate license in 1999 and have a salesperson's license in Florida and a broker's license in Michigan. I understand the importance of keeping up with the industry's changes. That is why I continue to educate myself beyond the required training from the state or national level. Over the years, I have earned several professional designations and certifications.

 

 As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), I am one of only 3% of the active CRS realtors in the country. Along with other national designations and certifications. Including GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer representative), E-PRO (Advanced Digital Marketing), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist), ALHS (Luxury Home Specialist), CSP (Certified Staging Professional), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), CNHE (Certified New Home Specialist)RCC(Residential Construction Certified)

 

My professional memberships include our local chamber (Traverse Connect), Aspire North (local Realtor association), NAR (National Association of Realtors), MAR (Michigan Association of Realtors), The Women Leaders Association. Plus, I am a Guild member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and an ongoing member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.
